KetoBudget is owned and operated by Sweet Pea Saga LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company. When you create an account or purchase a plan, you enter into an agreement with Sweet Pea Saga LLC.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use KetoBudget, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use KetoBudget on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence.

KetoBudget provides keto recipes, macro and net-carb information, weekly meal plans, ingredient substitutions, budget estimates and grocery lists. Free accounts include a limited recipe set and basic tools. Paid plans unlock the full recipe library, the weekly planner, pantry tracking and household scaling.

Nutritional values, costs and macro figures are estimates provided for general information only. They are not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Grocery prices vary by region, retailer and time. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, and always check ingredient labels for allergens.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@ketobudget.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use KetoBudget for your personal household use, within the plan you selected. You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, scraping or automated bulk extraction of recipes;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or republish the recipe library or meal plans;
• circumvent plan limits, household-size limits or other technical restrictions.

Sweet Pea Saga LLC retains ownership of KetoBudget and all associated intellectual property, including the software, recipe content, photography, branding and documentation. Content you add yourself — such as custom grocery items or pantry entries — remains yours, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewals, cancellations, taxes and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

We work to keep KetoBudget available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and recipes may be added, updated or removed over time.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is:

• a material breach of these terms;
• non-payment for a paid plan;
• a security or fraud risk to the service or other users;
• repeated or serious violations of the restrictions above.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel a paid plan through Paddle. On termination your access to paid features ends, and your account data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You agree to indemnify Sweet Pea Saga LLC against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sweet Pea Saga LLC is registered, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. We may assign these terms as part of a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
